The infotainment system on my Cupra Formentor infotainment system is locking up, and the screen is non responsive but displayed all the icons correctly. I put into main dealer today for an update which was hopefully going to resolve it. It had the software version 1898 installed today. It worked for about 30 mins and now the screen is non responsive and unable to use the screen, which is frustrating. I have tried hard reset but no luck. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? Thank you.

. My infotainment has worked perfectly with no probs since I got the motor (3 May 22) so it has to be a fault in the system.Similar threads
