Infotainment - Black Screem

I'm driving a 67 plate Ibiza Xcellence anyone have a black screen when turning the car on infotainment?

It is a cold morning in Essex but I don't know if that will effect anything?

Can anyone help?

Try holding the volume/power button down for about 20 secs and see if it resets.
