Info on stainless-steel brake hoses för LCR?

Hi guys, I have a quick question for you. Does a kit with stainless-steel brake hoses thats for a Leon 180hp fit my LCR?

Or does the LCR have stainless-steel brake hoses original? :/

Not in my experience!! - when I did the brake mod for my LCR, Goodridge very kindly made up special hoses for the front set for me - the good bit is that the design will do both the standard or the larger 993 calliper

Hi, so its not stainless original then...
But I cant find them anywhere here in sweden for my LCR, the only ones are for the 180hp version. :/

I don't know for certain but obviously the 180bhp car doesn't have Brembo's so I would guess it's unlikely???

The 180 cupra hoses will not fit the LCR - the standard LCR hoses are not stainless - as far as I know no one at present does a stainless kit for the LCR though I could well be wrong in saying that

However I shall shortly be back onto Goodridge, and will give them my findings with regards to the experimental kit they made for my LCR - then you should be able to get hoses from them for the LCR

I've got stainless hoses, got them from Bill (Ibizacupra) for my Brembo's made to measure i believe.

Is there any real performance gain out of these or is it purely cosmetic? Surely it would make changing the discs a hassle (especially the front). You would have to disconnect the pipe every time (well not that often depending on how you break )
