Induction??? Which one?

Hi all,

Im considering an induction kit for my 1.9 TDi....but which one??

Iv been looking at the K&N and cotton green kit but I dont know which one to go for!
Anyone have any experience with either of these? Extra noise/power?

I dont have a great deal of experience with these as this would be a first for me so any advise would be appreciated as always!

stick to your airbox and get a repacement panel filter most people prefer green cotton,otherwise you may be at risk of your car sounding like a tractor as you own a diesel. thats my advise im sure there maybe diesel owners out there who disagree.

Thanks mate, thats the thing I was concerned about. What would be the positives on the panel filter then as I havnt really looked into it before?

Positives being,:- a little bit of "roar" on acceleration, nosier turbo& better pick up

Only negative i can find so far is there being a nasty unbernt diesel smell on start up though this could be due to the cold weather of late
