Indicators not working

Hi everyone,

I own a MY 2000 Toledo V5 170.
My indicators have stopped working and I can't figure it out...

I have checked all of the bulbs and they all seem fine.
The fuses are all good.

The only thing that I can think is the indicator relay, but I don't know where that is.
I was told that it is behind the emergency hazard switch. I took the switch cover off and there is a wire with a small light in the middle. I tried to get behind that - took the radio out, took that air con control out, but it all seems hidden behind the whole dash...

Please help as I need indicators, need hazards and need help :)

Thanks in advance.

IIRC it is quite simple to change the fog lamp bulb. You access it from underneath/behind. Think you might find it helps to jack up the car a bit to give yourself some room to work in (make sure it is secure). 5 minute job.
