3 years ago my SEAT IMG experience was not pretty. However, having certain contacts made the experience better - but still not ideal.
2 years ago, the experience was showing signs of improvement. Not massive, but I was becoming happier.
12 months ago -> Present day -WOW! It's almost like a completely different company. It's almost as though you've all been on a customer training course, got a major telling off and told to improve. SPOT ON customer service
