Sorry to say that I am leaving, it has been a pleasure in the help and assistance offered.
Having own 2 x V2 Auto 1.5 Formentor's (the first rejected) and still have major issues with the replacement vehicle is is time to leave.
I can say that dealing with CUPRA have been a total horrendous experience from day one, they are terrible in every way, the worst experience in dealing with a car manufacture or any manufacture of any product that I have had the mis-fortune to deal with.
It has got so bad that they advised me to reject the second vehicle, they then abandoned any responsible and told me to speak to the dealer who then want me to change me 25 pence per mile for wear and tear to be deducted on the original purchase price back in March 2021 which was around £ 1500.00 / £ 2000.00 less that market value so I traded in in.
I subsequently have had to take Cupra to the small claims court to get the expenses for the remaining 6 month wi-fi package that they refused to refund. Yes I have a CCJ issued against Cupra and in place and valid with judement issued and still they take no interest, they will when I issue a warrant for enforcement.

So sorry to here about your issues mate. Do stick around for the craic and there are some good Seats/Cupra out there.
