IHI matting to Jabba down pipe

Hi guys,

With the IHI V34/20 turbo and jabba downpipe does the downpipe bolt straight on..?

BTW has anyone a layout including pics of the full IHI V34/20 kit..?(manifold, oil and coolant lines etc.)

This would be a great help:)

audi tt 225, so i'm guessing it will be the same as a S3 or Cupra R with a IHI right..?
the jabba dp is single outlet so will not mate straight to the twin cat set up. might be worth getting a custom downpipe made which is flanged to mate with your dual cats?

A couple of pics of the Jabba IHI kit on an AGU engine with 4WD. Not my car.
I've got JBS making a downpipe for me. They have a few mock setups to get it right without seeing the car in person.

Blue pipe was a mock up. Braided hoses with heat reflective covers fitted now.

Is the vf34.20 specific to jabba or can i buy it elsewhere, and would it need modding to fit if i bought their downpipe?
For some things I know i'll have to buy from them but would be looking at collecting as many bits cheaply and then getting it fitted and mapped.
Plus I already have the k03s setup on my mk3 ibiza and just wondered what I could re-use from that to save a bit of money, tip etc.
Any advice or places to look for parts would be great :)

from another post..
IHI vf34 $699 (<£400) from the US (google it)
Manifold-£500 (full price from jabba)
Oil and water lines <£100 from any hydraulics shop. (or pay jabba a little more)
Injectors-£200 (440cc from the US)
Maf tube-free
Pieces of silicon hose for turbo outlet, +maf to intake pipe joint-£15
Modified inlet pipe to fit turbo-£5
Fitting £300

I reckon thats £1520.

Still got to get it mapped though and do a little work yourself to work out the fittings you need.

You may also want to get an uprated fuel pump. The S3 one is £120 from the dealers, or you can source a non VAG one from the US for half that.

It just takes a bit of bottle to sort it out for yourself

Edited to say I forgot the turbo to downpipe adapter. Jabba charge £150 ish for theirs, but I'm sure you could get one from anyone making scooby exhausts for a lot less.

The IHI VF34 only comes with a P18 housing you have to source the P20 housing from else where. such as the vf22 or 23.

not a lot of performance difference betwen them.... still have small turbine and housing on either IMHO, hence lots of retained heat and warpage when giving them large.
Baby turbine wheel on it and housing.

sit a P18 and P20 housing next to each other and there's not much to tell them apart.

check the JS mani to an IHI gasket also.......... as machine errors on hole centres has been seen resulting in BIG steps from misalignment from 3 bolt flange to centre outlet hole. You would be unaware of this when fitting it as normal as no gasket is used normally between VF34 and Js exhaust manifold.

check twice, fit once.
