Ibiza tdi sport annoying rattling when cold!!!

Hi folks need help and advise as this is really peeing me off

I know ibizas are not the best made cars but im having real problems finding this fault on my 130bhp Ibiza sport

Basically when the cars cold there a rattle which seems to be coming behind the dash board (engine maybe) every time I go over a bump (sounds like a plastic knocking noise ) . But it goes away when cars fully warmed up , as my car takes around 20 min/ 8 miles to warm up and most off my driving is short trips it really annoying

I know is not engine cover ( took it off)
Anti roll bar drop links had them replaced
Wishbone bushes replaced with cupra hard ones

Could it just be engines rough as its cold weather and it takes time?
Engine mounts ?
All I know it goes away when warm ?????

Lots of garages cant diagnose the problem most just tell me parts to replace but don’t want to throw money at the dam ting even thinking of selling the car!

Definately in the engine bay? Mine rattles (plastic rattling) from the dash, but it's the heater/blower strip at the window, stops rattling when I hold it (but thqat's just awkward!)

yeah but iv looked at every bit of trim inside its defo behind dash
