ibiza tdi idle speed

I went to my local seat dealer and ordered a top engine mount only to find that they are on back order and that no one in the uk has got any,i could be waiting for over 1 month for it,while i was there i asked one of the mechanics if they could speed my idle up for me and he said mine was none adjustable and that the top engine mount should sort out the movement in the engine.

Got my new engine mount fitted but the engine is still rocking quite a bit on tickover so i got it on vag-com and it is ticking over at 900rpm so i have been trying to speed it up a bit but can't find how to do it with 311.2 version?
