Ibiza MK3 lowering

Hi Ive just bought some used ebach lowering springs to fit my 1.4 ibiza. Im wondering if its something that i can fit myself or if i need to get it done by a garage? Im live in Milton Keynes if any1 can advise where to get it done if needs be.

Should be able to do it yourself, but if not give the guys at inde-tech a call (based in MK). I've been there on a few occasions and there are very good as have a few other people on here.

Ill have a bash at fitting them myself then ive just heard the front ones are a bit of a biatch. I thought you might need some sort of compressor? I pick them up next wkend so ill have a play. Thanks Big_Lad!

Does any1 know if theres a DIY fitting guide i can follow for changing my springs? I had a search and it mentioned one but didnt give a link.
