Ibiza Mk3 Exterbal tep gauge

I have a problem with the reading on my external temp guage does any one know where the guage is on the car and what could be the problem

Passenger wing mirror on the underside. Common fault, part number is in the FAQ section.

haha mines always says anything above 35 degrees unless its freezing its something like - 40ish

not really something i keep an eye on as long as my othe sensors work

it will stop your climate control working properly though

o rite so thats probaly why every time i put my heater on 1 bar it puts it to full low and with aircon on does anyone know the part number for this part?
