Ibiza FR Ipod

Hello,

I have searched for this but haven't found anything of much use, I drive an Ibiza FR 20VT MK4 series with the crappy Alana head unit. Can someone tell me how to get my Ipod hooked up through this or if it's even possible?

I know this is a stupid question, but does it have the 'aux' flap under the handbrake?

it plugs into the back of the alana head unit and is a bargain
