Ibiza Cupra R - What Panel Filter and Plugs

Thinking of panel filter improvement on standard paper filter, as am not convinced by induction kits.
Presumably the options are K&N, Green etc.
Any comments on these, ones to avoid, and where to get one? Anyone proved power gains, quicker pick up from improved performance filter?
Also, what plugs for a Cupra R?

Green panel filter would be best & plugs, if running standard boost, bosch super 4's.

I have green panel filter. Didnt notice any gain, but did notice i could hear the DV more, as the filter is only about 1/5th the thickness of the standard filter.

Plugs wise they usually use NGK Platinum's as come std

i have these fitted for my 40k service and im not too happy with them. i think the single point NGK originals are teh best.
