Your cupra R should come with a R key fob.... on the back of that is a small etched plate with the number in.....

Other than that I have no idea of any other ways of finding out. should be some way I suppose by using the chassis number but no idea who could help find the info out....

I've now had a silver plaque with the Cupra R no. made and fitted to my dash near the gear stick.. Looks well nice so I've no idea why seat never did something like that from factory, its a nice litle touch....
