Ibiza Cupra R Brembo Service/Repair/Seal kit?

hi people have taken my brembos off today as having my wheels refurbed in antharite grey (cant spell it lol) and thought id brighten up my brembos at the same time, i have stripped them and taken out all the pistons and seals as having them sand blasted and powder coated this week, and ideally would like to change the seals and dust covers. does anyone know where i can get a service/repair kit from? or does anyone know if these calipers came fitted as standard to any other car as have found a site but only list the single pot calipers for the standerd cupra and may be able to search for them under another vehicle thanks

I am interested in this coxy? did you find a kit as one of the pistons has seized on my caliper and need the car on the road asap.
