I was messing about on the Seat website and clicked a link to their Spanish site and it shows the new FR and Cupra prices for the European market

It shows the Ibiza Fr to be 20,600 Euros and the Cupra to be 22,600 Euros

Comparing the prices of the UK models to the European models then I'd say that the Fr will be roughly £14,600 and the Cupra to be £16,000.
