Anyone shed some light on these? i dont have an engine light on but these showed up when vagcom.

Lambda sensors are probably because i just put a sports cat on, not sure on the others.

looks to me that

temp sensor has gone..

battery went flat at some point

and since your cat was fitted either the lambda wasnt connected or the wire has broken

and ive seen that wre snapped before but not sure how!!?? seems common!

Remove the engine cover (if fitted)
unplug multi plug
pull out the plastic clip
pull on the temp sensors and it will come out
Put new one in with new seal
refit clip
reconnect multiplug
check coolant level and top up if required
clear codes
job done 2mins + clearing codes

I dont think i need a new temp sensor so i wanna try fix the wires that have come out of the plug in the second pic, how would i go about doing this, as i've tried getting the plug off the temp sensor but doesn't seem to wanna move.

Plus the plug joins to a whole loom which runs in front of oil filter, so it aint seperate and i can't unplug it from it or buy a new loom if that makes sence.

Don't listen to advice... But i'll tell you one thing that broken wire is about 2 foot away from the engine coolant temp sensor and will have no effect on it at all.

Granted the temp sensors can be a bit glitchy, clear the error codes see what comes back then repair whats needed.
