when get my car back thinking of downgrading in size on wheels

15in provides alot more tyre options so think ill sell the brembos and look into a new brake it

as unless anyone knows, carnt see any 15in alloy fitting over them

so what options in brake kits are out there to be able to use 15in wheels

maybe some of the track lads will know more on the matter?

cheers andy

wilwoods do a range of lightweight and narrow callipers. carriers are the only thing you need to get sorted yourself possibly.

i have always been sketchy of willwood, i know there better now with the modern calipers having dust seals (common prob of them failing before) just still not sure

is there anything from the likes of alcon, ap

even the likes of hi-spec, still see these brakes on some hi-powered ford put to good use

more tyre choice in 17" than 16"

you going to have power and downsize on wheel whilst wanting to upsize on disks yea? I run 315mm AP's machined down to 312mm to fit under Pro-Race 1 7x15 rims. Extremely tight fit.

~£1200 for my kind of setup when I got them made way back when. (offset bells to clear the wheels in question)

yep set up like that would be ideal

where did you get your kit from? or u just buy the parts as have to make the bells, brakets, and machine the disks?

mine were made by BG Developments to sample wheel/hub I gave em.
Have you chosen a wheel yet?

not sure on the wheels yet ideally like a light wheel , poss super leggra as are very light in 15in, or something like pro race 2, or speedline chrono or comp-2

is it a case of getting the brakes build to the wheel?
