ibiza alloys- centrecap removal?

Hi folks sorry if this sounds completly silly lol

heres my attempt that trying to explain somethin simple...

you know the centre caps on ibiza alloys have they been stuck on with sticky stuff?

its just a tryed to take one off to get to the bolts to take the wheel off and it just wouldnt budge or is there just a fancy way to unclip it from the wheel ?

normally there is a tool in the wheel brace set (looks like a circle of metal with a right angle bend on it ) that helps you get them off.

yeh i found that wee tool and tried to prize them off

are the centrecaps clipped on? i just dont want to break anything lol

You get the wee tool, stick a screwdriver through the loop and pop them off. Don't worry, you shouldn't break them.

*I was going to say "won't" break them, but I'm covering myself here incase it does. lol

yeh ive tried the wee metal tool and the screwdriver to try and prize it off

does anyone know if its clips thats holding the centrecap on

excuse my language here but if not its a right B****** to come off

they are held on VERY tightly (so's they dont come flying off as your blatting it down the roads)

Yep they are clipped in, but it's fairly sturdy stuff. Be brave!!
