Ibiza 2018 adding features

Hello,

I have an Ibiza 2018, the Style version, fitted with almost every option there was except for a few, which i want to add now. I'm not car savvy so i have no idea if these work or can be added. All of the features were options but i did not opt for them when i purchased the car:
- I have cruise control but not adaptive cruise control - is this a software change and can it be added?
- i want to change my normal cockpit with the digital one - is it possible?
- i want to add keyless entry - Keesy i think it's called. (just keyless entry, not the keyless start engine - i think this requires to many modifications).

Thanks!

Don't think any of those area easy changes. The ACC requires a different ABS module and all the coding that involves. Changing to a digital cockpit requires lots of coding too, because of the mileage etc.

There are two forms of KESSY- full KESSY, and KESSY GO. The full system has keyless entry and keyless start, KESSY GO has just the keyless start. I don't think the Ibiza has KESSY GO available, but the Fabia certainly does. To have keyless entry into the car, you'd need to install all the sensors so it would be quite involved.

oh.. what u'r saying seems expensive. in my mind (cause i dont know anything about these things), seemed easier:
- already have central locking so i thought adding / changing a sensor that detects my keys would do the trick
- the car already has a radar that detects hazards and automatically breaks.. i thought ACC would use the same features.
- digital cockpit because it's an option, thought it was just "plug and play"
i read that many of the car options are already built in but they just need to "check" them from the software

thank you for the clarification :)

It's possible, just expensive!
The ACC is more because of the ABS controller- the more basic one in a car with Front Assist just slams the brakes on, the ones with ACC can quite finely modulate the brake pressure.
The digital cockpit is awkward because of the coding- any instrument cluster has to be coded to the car because of the potential for people scamming with the mileage.
If you wanted all these things you'd almost be better off buying yourself a new car! Unfortunately due to the way the cars are now coded, it's much trickier to add in certain features.

I have seen the digital cockpit get fitted in numerous cars, but it does need coding and it will void your warranty.. about 1100 GBP converting from my currency.

If you sell your car and buy one with kessy, digital.. and you will pay less than upgrade your car. Door handles, wiring, coding, dont think its worth it
