Ibiza 1.4fr 2010. Engine failure.

I have a 2010 Ibiza fr 1.4tsi. I love the car but have been having some misfiring. Seat have told me I need a new engine.

Anyone know anywhere reliable around South Wales that I can get a good reconditioned engine?

I'd think that getting that engine sorted out will be the best way as I don't think that you will easily find a suitable replacement engine that is not about to give trouble.

Have you checked on the availability of exchange engines from proper engine re-conditioners - doing that might confirm/dismiss my comments above and help you a bit.
