today i detailed my dads AUDI A4.there,i've said it 
first job was to remove the old A4 and 1.9 TDI badges,looks much better and easier to clean.audi rings seem to have pins in them so we left that on
i then used meguires gold class to wash all the crap off,i used a washing powder tablet bag over my hand to de-bug the bumpers,(works a treat and comes free each time you buy some tablets,i have about 10-15).dried it off with a IKEA squeegie(sp),applied step 1 paint cleaner,which got all the tiny scratches and tar spots off.then polished and removed that with my woolies car polisher,finished the polishing by hand.
then applied and removed carnuba wax by hand. this is a 10-11 year old car with a few dings here and there,but it looks very very well now.daddy was chuffed.
