I need anyone's help as my Seat dealer doesn't know how to solve it.
I just had a problem with my car that's been happening since new but it happened like 2 or 3 times a year. But I've had it 2 times this same month so...
When I'm driving, at full throttle, the cars starts to pull and surge (I don't know exactly how to explain it in english) to the point that I've got my foot all the way down on the throttle but the car won't accelerate, and starts to decrease the rpms until it dies (this is while I got my foot on the accelerator). I turn it on again, and idle is good but as soon as I start driving (let go of the clutch) the car tries to accelerate but surges so I have to press the clutch again so that it doesn't turn off. This doesn't happen all the time; if i press the throttle gently (like 2 mm or something the car starts to accelerate but as soon as I step on it, the problem begins).
At first I thought that it was the Maf but I disconnected it, and got the same results. Then I tried the vag come for any fault codes, but there were no fault codes!! (besides the one when I unplugged the MAF).
As I said before this happens sporadically, and the only way to solve it is to let the car cool down overnight, and at the next day, the car runs perfect.
I can only conclude that this happens when I've driven the car for 3 hours or more, but it's not by rule....sometimes happens when I'm flooring it and other times happen when I driving slow, so...
Maybe someone has experienced this same problem somewhere in the world, and tell me how to solve it because honestly I don't know what to do...
