Ive just read the post by Andy b , so thats the pms sorted out, one more thing when can i start to add attachments to my posts? thanks your help is appreicated

Get a free account at www.photobucket.com your pictures will have an IMG tag once they are uploaded

Something like

Put it in your text and voila your photo's appear
