Could not sleep because it was so warm last night. I was sat outside on my drive, and I could hear this sound coming from the back of my car. Its a quiet noise that starts and stops every couple of seconds, with a kind of click. The car has not been used for hours!

Well any ideas!

There is an overspill / vent pipe for the fuel tank by the rear wheel arch could be expansion and contraction in this heat and venting from the pipe depends on the type of sound

Heard it from my FR ibiza too....though it was something to do with a valve letting vapour release
