hyundai air flow meter?

Hey people

I need a new air flow meter on my car jus been all parts and the part number of the one I got is only showing up as a hyundai 3.0 xg so no idea what that is doing on there ? Should I get a s3 one to run better with the k04 if so does anyone have a part number or any suggestions ?

I was having fuellin problems before as there was red tape over the air flow meter looked like was to hold the filter on only thing is if its been mapped with this hyundai one then puttin a s3 or whatever one on will mess up thr map and cause problems right ??

last 3 digits on internal sensor part number should be 040 - anything and its not the right bosch sensor

its a bosch one but its for a hyundai according to allparts !

so should i just get a bosch s3 one ? to cater for the k04 etc ?

no you need ibiza sensor.. and if you have a "real" k04, not a K04-001 then you need the S3's MAF housing only with an ibiza sensor inside it.

ok a few people including jabbasport and power engineering just said to get the s3 one to me
