I was thinking about using ~10mm hubcentric spacers, so just made a quick search trough ebay, and found these: click me
but as I have friends working on CNC turning-mill I was wondering are these wheel spacers so uber-hightec? Or you just need decent aluminium material and a few beers for the friend?
I can get longer bolts for cheap too.
any toughts on this?

I'd try DIY as long as they will be properly CNC'd and so well balanced. the spigot need to be 57.1mm bore, and hole @ 5x100 PCD if that helps

if i was you id buy the ones from ebay, saves any problems, plus you get the correct bolts. i have the same ones and the quality is spot on.

thanks m8 I know the bore and the PCD too.
but what you mean by 'balanced'?
CNC turning-mill works with less than 0,1mm precision.

you have the 15mm version? there are a few others @ ebay like 20 and 25mm

is 15mm the best compromise between hub bearings life and looks?

That'll be fine, just if the tolerances were not so good, you may end up with an out of balance spacer giving small vibrations at speed.

I also have the spacers you have linked to on ebay, 15mm all round.
