hub conversions

Still can't make my mind up about what wheels to buy for my mk2. have some really good ideas but they seem to evolve around 5 stud rims

Used to run a 206 GTi on 19" teckno instincts, a wheel only available in 5 stud so i had some adapter spacers made to convert the hubs, anybody know if a similar thing is available for my mk2? or is it easier to fit a 5 stud hub off a mk4 or something similar?

Any help would be great

i think the hubs are just as easy, cos if youre fitting wheels like that your gonna want em wide, so with spacers youll be running out of room.

Hubs you can get off the golfs, im sure ive read a VR6 has 5 studs

Lodsa people do hub converters, iv got some porsche teledials in the garage that i havnt done anything with yet There an ET 58 i think so with a 20mm adaptor will equal ET38 which is the ibizas exact ET. Soooooo all you need is some 5 stud wheels with an ET of 58ish But in my opinion the wheels sit in for too much so id go for a lower ET (i think thats rite).

Get some superlite wheels

They are custom made so will always fit
