How you can give something back with a donation to the running of the site

SEATCUPRA.NET is a not-for-profit community funded by our generous sponsors who have supported us over the years. In addition to our ongoing sponsorship partnerships, we are now offering a voluntary donation service for our community should they wish to give something back and help with our running costs.

Our running costs include the servers and hosting which are significant due to our high volume of traffic (over 2 million users each year) and the software costs that keep things running smoothly and secure.

To be clear, this is not a pay-for-benefit service or a subscription. You will not get anything in return for your donation (other than the warm feeling in your heart for helping out).

We have always had a policy that SEATCUPRA.NET will always be free to use and we are sticking to that policy. Other communities offer a subscription model where paying members get extra perks such as access to member's only forums. We are not looking at that currently.
