Is was just looking up the to vacuum hoses on the left side of the inlet manifold, a hose was in the way and I SLIGHTLY moved the oil stick!*KNACK*.. Ohh nooo...

My damn oil stock just break into two pieces! All the way down at the stud it goes over!
Managed to get the rest of the stud, find some hose, blocked one end off, plastic strip over and down on the stud, with two strips!..

Has anyone tried this before? When I get the new one, is it just pressed over the stud and thats it??

Is there pressure down there(worried it might pop off!)

Btw. WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN IN THE WEEKENDS!! And who the hell jinxed my car!!

Part number is on the tube, 06A 103 663 B, 5£ on fleebay!(UK dealer).
The stud seems like its designed to just push the guide tube on it.
So I just have to get a new one and push it down on it.
