How to measure power, in simple terms, using vag.com/scope?

I have done a search, but it's all very complicated
How do I measure bhp with the laptop connected and vag.com on, and/or vag scope. I know it's something to do with measuring blocks - which ones exactly?

block 120 measures torque in Nm - from this you can calculate bhp for a standard car.

OK I just gave it a go. Unfortunately the vag.com would not log, so I had to sit my missus in the passenger seat with the laptop on her lap to tell me the peak torque figure.
Saturday afternoon isn't the best time to do this, so will do a run at night where it's colder and quiter - plus a graph would be better, but, peaked at 285Nm - she said that was just before I changed gear at 6500rpm, so probably more there.
It's a standard LCR 210, and after a quick search have found that the standard Nm figure for the 225 is 280Nm!
Pleased with that - confirms what i already knew that the car is running very sweetly indeed
