hello guys I have a 1m Toledo but will get a better response in here as its the same car

I have a milltek turbo back system with sports cat and the previous owner tells me its resonated .

now its very quiet and has a small rumble on idle and abit of noise on full load but no more than a standard system

no what part of the exhaust needs changing to make a resonated system NON resonated please and who sells them ?

thanks

The Miltek non res pipe is an absolute rip off. Worth talking to a local exhaust firm if they can make you one, probably do it for the price you could sell the resonated box for.

Just looked under the car , I have the sports cat and then a straight pipe to the back box no silencers ,

But my car is literally silent I don't understand it !

I have a turbo back resonated Miltek with sports cat and it sounds great. Quiet when pottering about but plenty of sound when I open it up. Have a feeling that most of the wadding from the rear silencer has come out though

I have the same problem with my resonated Milltek. Too quiet.
I went to fit my decat yesterday and found my cats are pretty much welded to the downpipe with rust. Without fear of knackering my down pipe and breaking the flange, I'm resorted to de-resonating the centre section.
How much are we taking here to have one made up. £120 is steep tbh from eBay. :-(
Cheers.

from looking under mine , it appears to be a non resonated system anyways, I have the sports cat then straight pipe down to the back box ,

I once heard a cupra r with a cobra and It sounded the nuts
