How to disable Eco Tips

How to disable Eco Tips. - Demonstrated in car.

Eco tips tell you to close windows etc, not to be confused with Eco Assist that tells you of incoming roundabouts/foot of pedal etc.


Start car, once everything is loaded up select car symbol on bottom right hand side of the infotainment screen.

Select interior.

Scroll to Eco tips and move slider.

I noticed these messages pop up when I was test driving the Formentor. I didn’t have a clue why the car was telling me to take my foot off the accelerator! Is it literally to warn you of upcoming junctions etc or to help with driving efficiency?

Yes in eco menu

Wont get car till late october, but did not like it telling me to lift off accelerator for a roundabout 250 yards away
