How much is my car worth?

Hi guy's, been offered a job with a company and if I take it I would be looking to sell my car. Could you's give me an estimated price for it please?

Details: Black Magic 2004 Plate Ibiza FR TDI 43K miles, 2 Owners, 2 new tyres 6mnths Tax and 6 mnths test, mechanically sound.

i saw a red 04 petrol fr with 20k miles in autotrader (being sold from a delear) for 8k this week if that helps

It's okay Guys the company have offered me a car allowance instead of the company car, so I will be able to keep my Car! Yey!
What I'm going to do is use the extra money to mod the car!
Cheers for the feedback guy's. Sounds quite alot considering I only paid £6700 for it!

lucky git, not many comapnies going the car allowance route now, i remember my brother had just bought himself a top of range CORSA 1.8 SRi had every option listed, leather heated seats, climate the works, he got it through his company at discount, moved jobs and they said he had to hav a company car, so he had to sell his really loved SRI and guess what the Cnuts gave him as his comapny car to run salt in, a bloody 1.2 corsa in the same colour, he was not best pleased.

Aww thats terrible that Ant, did he lose any money on the car when he sold it back? They want me to have a company car in about three years though! But by that time the Ibiza will be gone I think and I'll have a weekend toy! If everything goes to plan!

On Saturday my OH was replacing her Honda Jazz with a new one (she likes them!) While I was there I asked the salesman, Mike whom I have known for 25 years, if he would look up the Glasses book price for my 2004 04 Ibiza FR TDi with 25000 miles. He valued it at £6250-£6400. That is more or less what I was expecting although the online guide valuations were: Glasses on the Vauxhall site £6980; Parkers £7205. Seems those guides really are a bit optimistic.

Incidentally the Jazz, which is the same age, had about the same trade in value but cost £3000 less new.
