how many miles in your tdi ??????

Hi folks just wondering how many miles people get from their tdi
I have a 130 tdi sport and I get the following

Around 55-60mpg around town (normal driving)
Around 65mpg at motorway speeds ( 65 -70)
All these coming from the computer ?

In real terms I get around approx 100miles per £10 ( 1.05p) that’s around town lot more on motorways

I Can easily get 500- 550 miles out of the tiny tank!!!!
600 on the motorway i recon

i have a Cupra TDI
i get about 85 miles to £10, 100 if i drive slower. A lot of my miles are motorway but some town to.

i only get abrt 320 to a tank but thats due to me delivery drivings am always stoping and starting but on motorway and that i get silly numbers like you do

Same here - average around 12 miles per litre ( 55 ish to a gallon )

i get 650 - 700 miles to a tank when i go to scotland.

combine is 450-500. and when we went to nurburg i used 1 tank and 3/4 for 950mile (including 8 laps of the ring).

For anybody who mocks diesels...they need to read that

On average i probably get around 55-60mpg. Best I have ever got was 70.6mpg.

Still don't tend to get that many miles till the red ligh comes on. Maybe 400ish...
Just filled up so going to drive normal/slow to see what i really get, good start with a 65.4mpg reading on way to work this morning

I average about 400-450 per tank. says on the trip comp about 50mpg. thats doing varried around town and motorway journeys, maybe im using my right foot a little too much eh...

like wise got a pd100 mapped never the less, get 100 miles, to £10, so a tank full £40 400 miles, wish i drove sensilbe to see what i can really get out if tho!

I get about 400-450 to a tank in my FR. That's about 60% A-Road/Mway and the rest town driving and sat at traffic lights, so don't think I do too bad.

Goes in for a remap in a week so will see what I get from it after that.

spirited with normal driving i get easily 400miles to a tank...last tank i got approx 520 miles with a very very very light right foot

LOL looks that way, whats the usual cruising speed to get over 50mpg? should i turn the climate to eco, does that make much difference?

I did 70mph for 100 miles and got 44mpg? maybe i need a new MAF

500 miles pretty much every tank.

80 miles of commuting per day on mixed roads and a pretty leadfooted driver

Its a PD100 by the way.

From 0 miles on computer ( very empty???) I could only get 35litres in around £37 worth

I drove from Birmingham up the Kendal in heavy traffic and fully loaded , drove around 100 miles in the lakes ( very steep roads and driving like I was a rally driver) and drove back to brum ( 1am in the morning so 80-90 most of the way!) , total 405miles back to 0 on the computer

Averaged around 53mpg which I think is amazing !!!!!!!!!

Why can I only get 35 litres from 0 miles

Is my reserve that big?

Think it’s a 45 litre tank?
