has anyone heard of issues when lowering a leon tdi ??

gmax do a 20mm kit

eibach a 25mm kit

spax do a 30 and a 45mm

and cobra do a 30 and a 50mm kit but they say if u go lower than 30mm the drive shafts catch the anti roll bar ?? and they do a kit ( £120 ) to solve this.

does anyone know how far the leon can be lowered withought causing problems with adverse driveshaft angles etc?

thx

Lowering looks good but I wouldn't go further than 35mm. That is what I have done an I have to be carefull on some roads/carparks/driveways!!!

I have H&R -35 springs and I would like to go any lower as the sump is very low on the TDi's

Make sure you match up an springs with some decent shocks

Also, worthwhile changing any worn bushes at the same time

You'll also need to consider how many miles your dampers have covered and the condition of them as fitting lowering springs to standard dampers can make them wear a lot quicker than normal.
