the first thing i'll say is CAREFULLY!!! you'll need a phillips and a flat head screwdriver.
the first thing to do is unscrew the door locking pin and unclip the surround, push it through the door card. now, with your flat head screwdriver carefully prize the door handle surround off (it's just clipped in) and remove it over and past the handle.
now do the same with the surround at the elec window switches, taking care not to pull the wires too hard and unclip them.
behind where the door handle and light switch surrounds are there should be some large headed phillips screws, kinda brass in colour. can't remember exactly how many there is. unscrew these, now you're ready to start gently removing the door card.
start at the bottom rear corner of the door with your flat head srewdriver and prize it out.
be warned that the clips that hold on the door card are tight so be patient.
work your way along the bottom of the door until you have released all the clips. take care at the speaker grill thou as this is a part of the door card and trying to remove it WILL cause it to break.
once all this is done your door card will be ready to remove.
it is only located in the groove of the widow seal so gentle wiggle it and it will come free.
replacement is just a reverse of the above steps so take your time and you'll have it done in 15 mins or so.
good luck!!
