.. to get to the back of the S boot handle? I can't see any screws so I assume it pops off, but I don't want to rip it off incase I damage ay clips.. (going to paint the rear S)

I've tried a search but I can't find anything specific.

Any help would be appreciated!

thanks!

You can also pop out the light units (3 nuts). This will give you access to some of the clips and you can prise a few out with a screwdriver (carefully :))
Will make it easier when pulling on it. It makes a fair bit of noise but watch for any stress areas on the plastic before it splits.

cheers guys.

Found the screws thanks. Indeed I should have waited for the last post it seems, one of the clips has managed to rip the boot plastic it was stuck so fast.

Anyway both front and back S'es are now off and in primer.

Cheers :)
