How do i remove bucket seat back plastic

Hello guys
I hope all are doing well
I want to do a project on my bucket seats and i want to know how to remove the back plastic because i do not want to damage something
(Seat Leon Cupra 2017 ST)

I've tried removing the black plastic but i think its difficult
I need a video if someone has one

Before you remove any plastic trim ensure that it is warm - if cold and brittle, then it can snap.

There are no videos, but these panels are similar for most car seats; they will be clipped to the metal seat frame, with a couple of locating tabs at the base. You release the panel (top then sides), then lift upwards.

if you looked at the manual I sign posted you to, then you would have seen these additional images which will give you an idea of where it is secured:
