i was just putting in some glove box and boot festoon leds and all was well, I know i will try it in the central light in the cabin which i know was a festonn as well to see what it looks like befor i buy some........ did this and put some led bulbs in the 501 and was very happy. so now i have no light in the boot till the outher one i have got from e bay gets here. i know i will put the normail festoon bulb in the boot till the one from e bay gets here. Then all the bulbs go out. i have not glove box, boot, door light or even alarm led. i guess i have blown a fuse. dose any one know where i would find this?? or even what size it will be. i guess it is next to the drivers door but i can not pop the insert out on the dash.. help please

Cheers:lol:

if its a mini fuse you need then they would be the right ones. but you can buy fuses from anywhere. there 60p for ten at the local ESSO garage.

There's no need to order off ebay all petrol stations, tesco's and motor spares shops sell them. If I remember correctly there are some spare fuses in the fuse box next to the little white or black plastic fuse removal tool

well i did try 3 diff petrol station and also tesco(all that was open last night) and all they sell is the normal size fuses for cars which are a lot bigger. i will check in the fuse part to see if there is any spair fuses but i did not see any. i tell you something, trying to drive with tinted windows and no wing mirros is a nightmare....

Halfords should stock both sizes of those plugin fuses (I think of them as blades, from the connectors, but they probably have a much better official name). I've certainly got spares for both sizes from my local Halfords.

thanks lee69, i can see the funny side of that TODAY!! you dont know how much you use you wing mirrors will you dont have them. i was just pulling out at traffic junctions as fast as i could in the hope i did not hit and one and if i did get out at least they would hit me at the back and i could try and say it was not my fault.lol

I will pop to halfords to check but on there website i could not find them.

Try typing "mini blade" into their search box . . .

Glad to hear that you use your door mirrors, too many people don't.
