How come some of the cars in on the side have a padlock on the them??

Just wonderig why some of the cars down the side have a padlock on them? it wasn'tlike that before.

it was, but it was a different colour.

basically, we cant post in the main leon or ibiza section for example. So that is "locked" to us. But we can post in the sub-sections (mk1, mk2, mk3 etc etc)
