hi all may be a stupid question but after getting me forge tip i want more red

Where would i get the one from the inlet manifold?
and which hoses are the ones that awsome gti sell? 4 turbo hoses??

from the inlet manni you need a ic hose kit, or if you get a fmic they are included in that

ive got a front mount but used the standard elbow at the bottom etc so should be ok??

from forge, awesome gti, samco, almost anywhere you will be able to pic u p the ic kit for, prices will differ

The 4 hoses from samco replace standard intercooler hoses.

The red hoses in this pic are part of the kit, the other two you cant even see.

Dont bother gettin it if your gettin a forge or AM fmic as it'll replace these.

I bought those, then bought the FMIC before i got around to fitting them, so sold them on.

Strut brace is a standard seat momo one chrome plated.

About 50 quid from the stealers.

Is that for a standard SMIC?


You'll be struggling to get them in standard race parts as theyre weird shapes.

Diameter off the inlet mani is 60mm and iirc 50mm reducer off the charge pipe.

Ive still got the standard pipes on mine in those places but have got a laguna intercooler, they seem very weird shapes lol

samco hoses

hi folks. i am having a problem with my cupra r at the moment. when i put the power down i dont get a smooth pull through all the gears. some people have suggested that the hoses may be collapsing when the engine bay heats up. i am away to buy some samco hoses for my car to see if it will help. any idea where the best place to get them from, which ones i need and an approx price for them
