hose for top of turbo..

Hi peeps.

I know its been covered before, but has anybody found a replacement aftermarket hose for the top of the turbo?

I blew mine off 5 times yesterday, took it off, dryed it, new clips, hitorque clips, and it still blew it off again.

I dont want to boost over 15psi now cos it just comes off !

any ideas on which high temp hose to use?

what sort of temp does that hose need to survive near the exhaust manifold?

Thanks :)

Yeah - flourosomething (if you look on forge's site pretending you have a Leon, they're listing it for the 210/225 engine)

I was having a poke around under the bonnet yesterday, and the inlet pipe on the turbo seems to of been replaced with a ATP racing pipe. Does any one know much about these pipes and what bennefits i have by it being fitted, ive got a picture but dont know how to post it.

Yeah that looks right, so is there a pipe availble to fit my ATP pipe? I was going to buy the forge tip, but it looks like that wouldnt mate up then, as my pipe is half of the forge one!

the forge one - replaces your ATP one & the std intake (it's the blue on in the image)

As you can see - much better air flow.
