I have just taken delivery of a new Seat Ibiza 1.4 SC 3 door in yellow, only called into Seat Manchester as I was passing, having just been to Renault Manchester with my wife she wanted a new shape Megane. Anthony sales guy was fantastic, no pushy sales tactics, let my wife look around the car, let us have a test drive nothing was too much trouble for him, I was that impressed with the personal integirty we received from him that I left a deposit on the above car on 06-08-09. Car was promised for 1st Sept delivery.
Unfortunatly issues regarding documentation caused a delay, fustration followed however Anthony kept me informed of the progress, as time passed I was offered an upgrade to 17inch alloys, stainless steel sill guards, surebrite polish, when the vhl finally arrived Sat 12 large bunch of flowers followed for my wife. Issue with documentation fault of Seat UK, Seat Customer Care got involved and have offered me a goodwill justure, asking them for full body kit at a reduced price, they agreed to 1/2 price. I feel a bit cheecky but at the end of the day they offered.
I,m in the motor trade this being the 1st new vhl I have purchased, I am glad I called in on the off chance at Hobins Manchester, purchased a new Seat for my wife at a good price from a company with family values. Well done and thank you to all at Hobin Manchester especially Anthony and Gareth at Seat Customer Care.
Lucky I called in to Hobins or I could of been driving a renault Megane now!!!!!!
