Don't seem to be able to find anything quite like what I'm hearing but, bought a 2021 Cupra Formentor Hybrid yesterday. Took it on a 160 mile round trip today and there seems to be a weird high pitched ticking.
No pattern to it, speed, gear or otherwise but it does come and go at random although quite frequently. Sort of sounds like someone hitting the side of a coke can with their nails repeatedly.
