Hid/xenons

looking to fit hid/xenon kit to my car any chance anyone could direct me in the right way where to get them from, and would usa hid kits be ok in uk headlights as they on the other side of the road? as i no pilot hid kits are very wel priced... or is there any place in the uk who are very cheap?

to be honest if you can find an ebay dealer with a decent reputation they whould be fine, most bulbs come from the same few factories anyway so its really the quality of the ignitor/ballast boxes you are paying for.

u no of any good people to buy from? have you got any so usa bulbs wud not make a different really?

yea ive got h7 (dipped beam) , unfortunately i bought mine from a mate who got them from ebay so i cant remember who he got them from, as a general guide I wouldnt pay around 110-130 for a set like mine and wouldnt bother going to the american market as most of them come from china/japan so you might as well go direct.

no any good sites which i can get them from jap site or seller? as has them off a friend and he chraged me£260 that to much for my liking!

you could try that fella, hes listed as canada but parts are in the uk maybe send him an email asking for details, thats a similar make to the one i have.

thats the ones i have brendan , i opted for the 6000k option and theyre quite blue , great job tho , easy peasy to fit too

which k are yours and are urs used on the headlight?

mine are 6500k from memory though ive not seen many 6500k's for sale, maybe they are just 6000k's! haha
they basically go where the original bulb went but the wiring has an extra harness plugged in, its only a ten min job fitting and hours of fun afterwards.

This is Claudefrogs ibiza and my leon with hids fitted, dippede beam only , as I said full beam never gets used now!

so u boys wuld recomend this guy? u get ur things wuickly and noi messing around? as they from canada do ur lights fliker when putting them on?

yea they flicker once then after a few seconds of warming up are bloody bright. the ebay bloke, ive never dealt with him, im just using him as an example, he seems to have plenty of good feedback, maybe you could contact a few of his customers?

mine give a quick flash then build up

at the time i ordered mine , i messed up the paypal verification thing , the guy waited a week or so for payment and still left me good feedback ,,, sound bloke , or indeed gal
