i know someone with a mk1 ! i checked here a few weeks back expecting modding tips ect, but was met with nothing theres got to be more than 2 people who have mk1 ibizas

yeah, post up some pictures! i'm interested in mk1's and wouldn't mind one as a little project. a tidy paint job sat on the floor with some small wide wheels and stretched rubber, just to have a euro'd vag car that isn't a vw would be a bit different!

Ive got one too! unfortunately only just above 900cc rubbish engine but its completely black which looks awwwesome. i hear the 1.5 was a beast anyone got one?

Hi all, good to see there are some people with mk1 ibizas out there! Ive got a sxi 1.5, its pretty nippy really (doesnt sound like the one in the video though), got a few bits to do to it but its in pretty good condition really for its age (only 99k ish miles on it). I'll try to post some pics soon as well.

anyway if someone knows a place i can get some body parts for this car or a better engine that i can drop in succesfully give me a shout.

I dont know if this will be much help but thres a car almost exactly the same as mine (down to the colour!) except its one year newer, in a scrap yard near me, only trouble is i live on the isle of wight...
