Welcome

Not a tuning company/brand that I've heard of before.

I'd stick to one of the tuning companies used regularly by people on here, whose products are known.
We have a couple of tuners resident on the forum (Bell Autos and P-Torque), both have been used by people on here with very good feedback and I should think cheaper than the Ebay ad.
Do a search on here for TDI remap....you'll see plenty of names repeatedly popping up.

You should see 190-200bhp from a PD160.

personally i'd spend like, 150 pounds more (tops) on a remap by a uk based company like above - easier to contact, proven quality etc

Thats alot of money for a plug in box.

As the other members have already said, you are much better off with a proper re-map.

We charge SCN members £275 all in, including an engine diagnostics check. For £300 we will even do a power run aftewards so you can see the results!

If you have any further questions, please contact me at [email protected]

Long way from Folkestone, but maybe we can build that into a trip.....unless there are any SE based tuners?

I'd not pay that for a plug in box with no recommendations, maybe would make silly offer and see what happens.....obviously being a new car any potential impact on warranty could be an issue no matter how hidden away the coding is.
