the top middle warning light (red exclamation mark in a circle) has come on a couple of times.

turned the car off and on and the light goes off.

car has recently been lowered on H&Rs on powerflex bushes

Vagcom'd it and it was fine? any ideas.

First time it came on i was on a step hill and second time it came on i was booting it.

thats probably your brake fluid being on the limit....so when you go up a hill it goes below the sensor and fast acceleration might slosh it around. Mine was doing that and I topped it up ever so slightly and it stopped :)

You shouldnt even need to turn your car off for it to go, should just disappear after to return to flat ground / normal speed after about 10 secs

sounds like the handbrake light or brake fluid level.

if its not the brake fluid level im sure there have been issues where the sensor on the handbrakes comes loose or needs adjusting.

Now you mention the handbrake the garage did tighten it when they lowered the car. I'm going to pop it back down in a bit, just helpful going with a list of poss things :) Cheers
